Privacy statement

Who I am

Angel Automation is the sole proprietorship of Russell Voogd, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 92215483. I am responsible for processing your data.

Questions about your data can be sent to russell@angelautomation.com.

Which data

Through the form: your name, company name, email address, website (if you fill it in), the size of your team and what's getting stuck for you.

Through the Cal.com calendar: the time you pick and the details you enter there.

Why

I use your data to prepare for our introduction call and to contact you about that call.

The legal basis is your consent (you fill in the form yourself) and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

Who I share it with

n8n processes the form data and puts it into my system. Cal.com manages the calendar and sends the confirmation. Vercel hosts this website.

How long

If we don't end up working together, I keep your data for a maximum of 12 months.

Your rights

You can view your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Send an email to russell@angelautomation.com to do so.

Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Personal demo pages

If you open a personal demo page I sent you, I keep track of whether the page was opened, how far the video was watched, whether the demo was opened and whether a call was booked, plus the type of device (mobile or desktop). This happens without cookies and without your IP address.

Why: so I know when it makes sense to get in touch. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Retention: 12 months at most.

Processors: Supabase (database), Bunny.net (video), Vercel (hosting), n8n (processing) and Telegram (notification to me).

Unsubscribing: through the link in every email. I then keep only your email address and domain, so I don't email you again.
